Elyce and Patrick are one of those warm and immediately friendly couples that, after meeting them for the first time, make you feel like you have known them for years. When I chatted with them in 2013 about their vision for their Golding Wines wedding, they described it as vintage/rustic with a relaxed atmosphere and the end result did not disappoint. It was, in fact, a DIY extravaganza which I would try to deter other couples from even attempting (DIY vs Delegation; a cautionary tale). But true to their tenacious yet caring natures, Patrick and Elyce pulled it off with aplomb.

Patrick's awesome Millennium Falcon 'groom cake' was made by Jess from A Little Touch of Sweet.
Elyce's flowers were by Christine from Blooming Bridal.
Elyce's gorgeous wedding dress was custom made by Sanela at Red Pearl Couture. Patrick's suit was from Hugo Boss at David Jones.
Their dessert table was heavy wih AMAZING goodies baked by the couple's family members with the addition of macarons by The Fleurieu Kitchen. Kiera from Rapture Events set up the dessert table and provided and installed the lights in the barn.
Elyce spent hours hand crafting the paper flower garland which adorned the vintage door turned signing table/altar.
Thanks again to Emma Sharkey Photography for her gorgeous shots.
